The songs that get the most attention tend to be the ones that have alot of energy, but sometimes you need to just chill out ๐๐ here are some chill vibes to help you take a moment of zen:
1. Undone
Around the time I started playing solo, I found myself working out of an old church in Detroit that 'Assemble Sound' turned into a recording studio.
There was a producer duo working there called Mega Powers and I absolutely love their vibe, we knocked this song out in a single day!
We even did a second track that is about finding peace as time passes you by: These Bones. I highly recommend Mega Powers if you need music to chill out too.
2. Chillin'
I only played saxophone on this track, but as the name suggests, this track is for chillin'. First ever Bob Lemon collab, and it definetally wasn't the last ๐
3. Let It Go
Oh man, I remember when I wrote this my band broke up the same month that me and my girlfriend at the time broke up ๐ It was a time for change, and in a way this song was what really helped me 'Let It Go' and start something new.
This is technically the very first 'The Dropout' song to exist, I wasn't a very good producer back then but I think the lyrics make up for it.
4. Present
The incredible vocals of Kameryn Ogden gave this song exactly what it was needing. This message to me is so positive and uplifting, I wanted to make a reminder to get back up when life gets you down, I hope that message finds you when you need it โค๏ธ
You should be able to find all of these songs on your favorite streaming platform if you have a chillin' playlist already in the works. As always, thanks for jamming!!
